How to Shop Online?

How Do I Place My Order?


When you see the product you wish to purchase simply click on shopping cart and each item will be added to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, you can checkout. The checkout will guide you through a registration process. Kindly complete registration and choose your desired form of payment. Your order has now been placed. You will now have an account and an order number. You will receive an email confirmation. Once payment has been made kindly forward proof of payment on to our offices along with your order number. Once we have received your payment, your order will be processed immediately and delivered the same day. Please note on your shopping if you would like it to be delivered on a specific date or a specific time so that we can ensure that you receive your order on time. Should you wish to check on the status of your order, you are welcome to log on to the website at any time and check the status of your order under your account settings.

How Do Payments Work?


When you checkout, you will be taken to the payment options. There are several options available for you to choose from. You can pay with a credit card, pay online, pay through a bank transfer or deposit, pay via PayPal or pay cash when you collect your order.

How Safe Is It To Shop Online?


We have taken all the precautions necessary to ensure that you have a safe, shopping experience. Your personal information will remain private and only you will have access to it.

When Will I Receive My Order?


Once you have forwarded your proof of payment on to us along with your order number. We will begin processing your order immediately and it will be ready for delivery or collection the same day that the order was placed unless otherwise specified. Please note the date and time of desired delivery or collection of your order. Should you so wish, you are welcome to place an order for a specific day and time, however please ensure that you state the date and time when processing the order so that we can ensure that your order is ready on time. Please provide either your name or order number upon collection or delivery drop offs.

How Does Delivery Work?


There are two options available when it comes to receiving your order. You can either have your order delivered anywhere within the Maun area compliments of Delta Meat Deli (for all orders exceeding P200), or you can collect it directly from the Deli. Should you choose the collection option, unless a time or date is specified, we will call you once your order is ready for collection and you can then collect your order at your convenience. Please provide either name or order number upon collection or delivery drop offs.

Do You Ship Internationally?


We do ship internationally only on various dried good products. For a more detailed list of which products, please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist you. If you are traveling through Maun on your way to the Okavango and would like to make orders before coming to Maun, please feel free to do so, simply specify the date and time of collection and we will happily have your order ready. Please ensure that you have your name or order number available upon collection.
